The affinity group parent entities are the IEEE-USA Consultants Network, Young Professionals (YP), Women in Engineering (WIE), and Life Members (LM)<\/li>\n<li>1,200+ employees globally<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There are over 500,000 IEEE members in over 190 countries, more than 67 percent of whom are from outside the United States. In 2017 Subsection consisted of 28 voting members (2 GSMs, 18 Members, 8 Senior Members) and 35 Undergraduate Student Members.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#187;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#187;330&#8243; img_size=&#187;medium&#187;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#187;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<span data-subtree=\"aimfl\" data-processed=\"true\">The <\/span><strong class=\"Yjhzub\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-complete=\"true\" data-processed=\"true\">IEEE Kazakhstan Section<\/strong> officially transitioned from a subsection to a full section in January 2026.
