IEEE Kazakhstan Section was honored to present Tokens of Appreciation from the IEEE Region 8 Leadership to Dr. Altair Akhmetov, Rector of Astana IT University, and Dr. Andrii Biloshchytskyi, Vice-Rector for Science and Innovations.

The recognition of Dr. Altair Akhmetov acknowledges his outstanding leadership, support for innovation and digital transformation, and contributions to advancing technology, education, and international scientific collaboration through Astana IT University.

The recognition of Dr. Andrii Biloshchytskyi highlights his support for innovation and digital transformation, as well as his contributions to technology, education, and scientific collaboration. He was also recognized for founding the IEEE SIST Conference.

Since its establishment, the IEEE SIST Conference has developed into an international platform in Kazakhstan, bringing together researchers, academics, and industry professionals to exchange ideas, present research, and foster collaboration in emerging technologies.
