The second IEEE Networking Breakfast in Almaty brought together IEEE members, academics, and representatives of Kazakhstan’s higher education community for an informal morning of networking, discussion, and knowledge exchange.

Despite the city marathon and temporary road closures across Almaty that morning, many registered participants were able to join the event. We sincerely appreciate everyone who made the effort to attend and contribute to the gathering.

We were especially pleased to welcome Dr. Gulmira Bekmanova, Rector of International IT University, and Dr. Rassim Suliyev, Director of the School of Digital Technologies at Narxoz University, who joined us as distinguished guests.

The breakfast provided an opportunity for participants to connect with colleagues, exchange ideas, discuss current developments in technology and education, and explore opportunities for future collaboration.

Registration is still open for our two remaining networking breakfasts:

  •  Astana — October 11, 10:00
  •  Almaty — November 1, 10:00

We thank all participants and guests for making the second IEEE Networking Breakfast a meaningful and engaging event. We look forward to continuing to bring together members of the IEEE community through future networking activities across Kazakhstan.
